Mathemagics Club offers highly efficient and "unique" training programs for motivated students to excel in math and computer science competitions at national and international levels such as the American Mathematics Competitions (AMCs), American Invitational Math Examination (AIME), USAMO, MathCounts, Harvard-MIT Math Tournament (HMMT), Caltech Harvery Mudd Math Competition (CHMMC), Math Kangaroo, Purple Comet, Math Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools, USACO, and more.

So why are the training programs unique?

Because first you have to learn how to learn first, before you start learning! In order to become skilled and master a subject in a shorter amount of time, certain adjustments become necessary. Contrary to the common belief, it is perfectly possible to get efficient training as an average or above average student and eventually outperform gifted students in major tournaments.

Mathemagics Club was founded by Arash Salehi (Ari Mathemagics), a competition math instructor, data scientist, and professor of mathematics at CSUN, who has been training some of the best mathletes in the US since 2008. An expert in competitions, he has an exceptional student success rate and helped over 1000 students qualify for AIME, more than 45 students qualify for USA(J)MO, and many students achieve perfect scores in other national competitions such as MathCounts, Math Kangaroo, ARML, AMC 8, and Math Olympiads. While training for the IMO in 1997, he was a trained by the world's best mathematicians such as Maryam Mirzakhani, the only female in history to ever win the field medal.
